Son in law likes it

Appreciated help from store employee as information on various auto starters was difficult for a novice to understand and choose from. The wait for installation was the only negative. So far the device itself seems fine.

Poor Customer Service

I show up for the appointment and the technician tells me starter is not compatible with my vehicle and he cannot install it because no firmware has been released. I go to the manufacturer's website to double check which states that my vehicle is compatible and the firmware was released early Jan. We are in June, so I am not sure what the disconnect is here. Took off of work so basically wasted a day. I must say the installer was very profressional and friendly.
