I like it and I don't like it. I installed it because I wanted to be able to start my car from a mile away but it didn't happened and I wanted to be able to start my car from my phone but the app is not working unless you're next to your car. So the money I paid for the viper control wasn't worth it. It was a waste of money. I should have paid for the app I got with my car and I would have been happier but I thought I would have saved some money. At the end, I wouldn't suggest you to buy this product unless you want to start your car while you're next to it but what's the purpose when you are next to your car? Right? Not worth your money or time. The app is even so confusing to set up at the beginning, it took me and my son to figured it out how it works and it only works if you're next to your car, that's all.

No real help at time of purchase. So many associates standing around and no-one offered help. No information on products provided. Would have gotten a different or additional add ons if provided quality service. Gentleman that installed AutoStart was great. The actual product itself do not like the remote that it came with or the fact get the phone app is very temperamental and starting the vehicle.

Good remote start system. Installation included in the price. Wish it came with a two way remote.

Remote start system if I can get it installed, I have been waiting for 2 months

It works great and it doesn’t exactly what it’s supposed to do by starting my SUV.

Service department was very cordial and explained everything to me.

I am going to love it on those cold and snowy days, as well as those warm toasty ones.

This product is a great one compared to its competitor out there. Pretty much works with all the major brands. I have installed it in my 2011 Toyota Camry and i just love it.

I honestly don’t feel like this product is worth the money. I paid about $300 (product and installation). It doesn’t work 150 feet away. I have to be really close to my car in order for it to start from my phone. The Geek Squad members weren’t helpful until I came back the following day. At this point I just want all of my money back.

I’m planning getting another one sometime next year.

Biggest problem is that the battery died after only a few weeks

Great, I love it! It is super for those cold winter mornings.

You have to pay for installation and if needed an item for your car to adapt the the car starter.

It has been a great addition to our vehicle so far. My lady enjoys getting in a warm vehicle during the cold days.

Luis and his co-worker are so very knowledgeable and patient. Their work never disappoints and neither does their level of courtesy and delightful demeanor!

don’t buy this for a manual car. yes i know it’s compatible but it only works when it wants too. can’t even say it works 50% of the time. less then that. you HAVE to be the last one to get out of the car in order to leave it in reservation mode (which doesn’t work half the time). so if you do everything perfect and walk away and lock it. & then remember you forgot something in the car. you can’t just unlock it grab your stuff and walk away. you have to go back in your car. start it. then do everything to put it in reservation mode & hope everything works when you try to remote start it. really annoying absolutely do not recommend this product. installation was nightmare as well.
