simple add-on to any new vehicle and it's 2x cheaper than getting the factory remote start installed.

since I installed it in my car, it has given it an excellent comfort, both for the summer and the present winter.

This system worked great for a while but then completely stopped starting my car. Took it back to Best Buy where it was installed and they tried either 3 or 4 different fixes (I lost count) and each time it would work once or twice and then stop again. It left the installation team baffled. They were great to work with though and tried everything they could to fix the issue. I was told that other people have had similar issues. In the end they put a whole new system, new brand in my car. Stay away from the product if you don’t want to risk months of back and forth and cold mornings scraping off your car!

This harness was needed on order for the factory buttons on the steering wheel to work with upgraded radio.

It works just okay. It is cheap. However the remote control key doesn’t work very well. The technician replace it but the problem still there. It doesn’t work in 1/2 mile, not even 5 feet. So I have to use only the app on my cellphone and it just have blue tooth connection and limit range

This item has caused me nothing but aggravation and cost me time and $. The remote start only starts the engine and doesn't start the climate control (heat, a/c, defrost, etc) so it is basically worthless. I have taken it in for repair multiple times but it only works for a couple of weeks before reverting back. Customer service from both Viper and Best Buy is a nightmare. They have hung up on me after long calls of waiting. Don't buy this product. I have nothing but regret.

Got a great deal on truck alarm. Had all the features I was looking for and the security I needed.

Works great on 2017 Honda Accord. Small remote but works fine.

I bought and had the VIPER DS4+ Remote Start and the upgraded 2 way remote installed for my husbands 2006 Ford Expedition on 10/17, drove it home, ran to the store - everything working GREAT !!! On 10/19, he went to get in and run to the store, didn't use remote start, just the fob to unlock, put the key in the ignition and turned it to start the truck - NOTHING, NO CLICKING, DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO TURN OVER - but hey the radio still works (eye roll here)!! Vehicle will not start with the key now, will only start with the VIPER remote start. Taking back to Best Buy in Brentwood TN on Saturday 10/23 to have it completely removed. There is a blue light that flashes on the receiver antenna, it has been blinking the last 2 days when I went out to go to work and noticed that the blue light is no longer blinking. I don't know what is wrong but this thing is JUNK and seems to have a known issue that VIPER hasn't acknowledged! At this point I don't even know if the vehicle is drivable. Guess we will be finding out. I had a different unit put on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner, will be having that unit installed on the Expedition. I just can't trust this isn't going to shut down my husbands vehicle even if they get it running. Not worth the chance of it shutting down driving down the highway at 70mph and killing my husband. *** Will update after the removal ***

This is my second Viper system. It works great. I only wish this system came with a second remote like my older system.

I purchased this for my son’s truck. He loves the convenience of being able to control it with his call phone.

The installer was wonderful, he was flexable with his schedule.

I have this on both of my cars now and my wife and I love being able to warm up are cars before we go anywhere

Had this installed by best buy technician. Works great. I wish I could say the same about the installation service. They went an hour over time that they told me it was going to take. They do not have a waiting room there for situations like this.
