Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased remote start and sat radio install , when I went to have the install done was told appointment was only for remote start and I would need to purchase a tuner for sat radio and make another appointment for install, This was a christmas present for my wife and was to be done on only day off. Salesman and followup people should have known if I was missing parts as I made sure they knew what I wanted and thought I purchased and made appointment for install of both. I was very disappointed and canceled all.

Not sure if it’s normal or not but I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner and when I go to start it or unlock it by the remote bought, the factory alarm goes off. Was told to bring it back to have it looked at. Hopefully something can be done.

Viper remote starter

Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I have another viper on my truck and it now works when it wants too. I've had it for 3 yrs now. Just installed one on my wife's Honda Civic. We will see how long that one lasts.
