Training? Help desk? Online info? Somewhere this information should be easily accessible.

2010 Toyota Venza

The remote starter works, but not the way it should work. I expected to run my car, jump in and take off. No! It does not do that. Once you open the door, the car shuts off. Then, I would have to start it up again. Not what I wanted! Before all this happened, I asked one of techs if he was able to do it, he said “yes!” So, I proceeded with the installment. Without consulting with me, he automatically installed the system. Now, I’m stuck with a system I don’t use.

Fine, but not the best and no value for money.

The phone bluetooth thing is useless unless you pay more and get the entire module. It unlocks the car before getting it started which I personally did not like as that can be risky at times. I bought the 2 way remote and the design of it is bad as there is no protection from the buttons getting accidentally pressed.
