Remote sucks

Had to return 4 times to re-pair with starter. One time in the same week. Service people fantastic. Looked online very prevalent problem with this system. Finally gave in and bought a better remote. No problems now but very shady practice to include a remote seemingly designed to annoy you into spending more money on another remote. DON'T BUY VIPER. Plenty of other systems available.

Having problems starting

Installation took a couple of hours, but it works perfectly. Download the smartstart app to control with your phone.
