I purchased this item on November 30th for my husband as a surprise Christmas gift. It was scheduled to be installed on December 18th. I was contacted on December 15th saying that they would not be able to fulfill their promise to install due to lack of qualified help. I explained to the manager that it was a surprise Christmas gift for my husband. He proceeded to tell me that I could go to Rogers Ar. 20 mins away or Ft. Smith Ar 45 mins away. I considered the offer, but neither store could get to it until mid January. That was not acceptable since it was a Christmas gift. I was not offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience, only an I’m sorry, you can have your money back or take one of those options, I would have at least considered the other locations if he had offered an inconvenience discount. I received my money back on the 18th and had to figure out, what next. My husband was disappointed that he didn’t get a starter for Christmas as it was the only thing he’d asked for. I explain what happened and he was even more disappointed they didn’t try to resolve it by offering an inconvenience discount due to me having to possibly travel to get done and for not having it done before Christmas as originally scheduled.

It sticks to all the surfaces In My car. It is great!

Installed poorly but works. Ceiling now has bend in it away from window. Common mistake they pull too hard and go too quick. Item works well but Bluetooth range sucks.

great for cold weather, would recommend for any car

This unit is probably great for standard cars, the tech could not install it on a Lexus.

Since we had it installed it doesn’t auto start unless we are right up on it then it has drained car battery when trying to start

Have had nothing but trouble with this remote. Started with it not working half the time. Now almost all the electronics in the car will not work. Actually locked me inside the car and would not unlock the doors. Takes dozens of tries to open the gas cap door. Now the windows will not roll down. Afraid it has permanently damaged electronics in the car.

It says installation included and they are trying to charge over 200 for the installation

Bought this for my Wife's Toyota Rav 4 last March and it worked fine for the 1st couple months and now the remote works intermittently. We have changed the battery but it does not make a difference. Also the remote is cheap plastic and the part that attaches to the key ring broke 4 months in.

Never got to use it, when they couldn't install it since techs were out that day (I bought this on super sale around black friday and took the first available install appointment which was 30 miles away and after Christmas) had to make 2 trips and the 2nd one was not the charm either so they refunded me. Now I will have to buy it at full price if I want one again instead of over half off like I ordered.

This remote start is super user friendly and works so well on my Nissan. Love the free app as well, it has some really cool features like door locks, open trunk, remote start, etc.

I only give this a two start because this remote start if far from perfect. I'm not sure it's a technician's fault or a bad product or both. This thing is great when it works but it fails a lot. It fails to start my truck and also to open it or lock it. Very often it will crank my engine and continue to do so but it won't start, something that my truck has never done. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

So glad I finally added this! Works great and I love that it works with my factory key fob.

The one I got was defective, but I got ones that weren't defective.
