Very good viper car remont working very good and is Best Buy installation very good team..

I bought this Viper DS4+ remote start system had it installed and within a week it gave me problems the key change remote stop working so okay I will start it with my phone worked for about 2 weeks and started giving me trouble also.. returned to best buy they checked it out they had to keep the key change remote have to go back at the end of the month I hope they fix it.

Bestbuy had this on their daily deal when I got it for less than $250. During installation I got charged extra $69 for the T-Harmess which was already included in the package. This product required you to stand right next to it to start. You have to be in the line of the sight for both the remote and app to start any functions. I personally don’t recommend this but if you want to give it a shot go ahead.

So, I called to see if I needed a harness - even though I was told by a bestbuy.com chat agent that I could just make an appointment and have it installed without purchasing anything additional. I called the Wilkes Barre PA location after setting an appointment and found out that I need to purchase a harness. So I did. Can't understand how the Chat Agent 'Helen K.' got it wrong and why it didn't come up as recommended - when I entered the order and vehicle make and model on the Best Buy website. Gene from the location was very helpful -- only took 1 chat, 3 phone calls and about an hour.

Showed up for scheduled installation appointment, which I received a text and email confirming 30 minutes prior to appointment, only to be told the installer wasn't in today. No cancellation messages, notifications, etc. Should have went with my gut and bought this somewhere else!!!

Purchased at BestBuy.com for 2022 Chevrolet Spark. The website showed it would "Fit". Geek Squad attempted to Install but could not make it connect.

Had an appointment for like a month out, on the day of the install they called and asked if I had 2 keys, I said I didnt. So they tell me they can't put it in because I have to have 2 keys, I call that a lie, should not have to have 2 keys for this to work. I think they just didn't want to install it. Bunch of scammers.

The starter is working great---had a problem with the fob but the geek squad took care of it free of charge

Not too happy with this - sometimes it works and sometimes it DOES NOT!

Smartphone software is garbage. Does not pick up 150 feet away. You literally have to be standing next to the vehicle to start it. Stupid to cut out all the old good working remotes for a smartphone application that is not ready yet. Unit is overpriced to offer you a one button remote control that starts it up immediately by pressing the button instead of unlocking or locking.

love the system but have had multiple problems due to installation. crossed a wire in my wife's jeep and burned it up. her headlights actually went out and could have killed someone because the crossed wire melted the headlight/turn signal switch.had to bring it back at least twice to get it fixed. now my truck stopped working after only a few months. still waiting to get appointment to get fixed. nice when it works.

This has to be the biggest piece of crap it works from 10 foot away. Yes I have replaced batteries and still have to stand arm out front door and press three times before it finds car. I would not recommend this piece of crap for the money. And Best Buy install was very incompetent at answering any questions also but it is Best Buy.

I didn’t like! It did the job... but I upgraded to a compustar because it was on sale for $250 on Black Friday!

Doesn't work like it is supposed to. Don't know if or why one should get an upgraded pod.

System is basic, included 1 way remote range could be better. Good for those looking for a remote starter without alot of bells and whistles.

This is a great remote starter at a great price. The technician went above and beyond to explain every detail about the starter and how to operate. Great experience!

Greta product. Have multiple intalled on multiple vehicles. Works as it should.

After remote starting you car. When you get in the car, the engine would shut off. Dont buy these if you got a 2021 toyota rav4 or up

Works great even from a distance. Perfect for warming up my truck in winter.

No more freezing in the morning sitting in my truck waiting for it to warm up.
