The car started for them ALOT but the next day I had too have it towed again too my house,the main key it not working unlock, lock, panic button yes I changed the batteries. Now here I am stuck again because it will NOT start.This is the worst product you can have for your car.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TOO ANYONE.

Customer Service BAD!!

I was schedule for installation, and the appointment was cancelled an hour before I was to arrive. Installer never called back to reschedule. I returned the remote start, and was given the run around on getting a $100 credit for an install that never happen. Finally, after talking to two managers they agreed that I was due the credit. A few days later I still had not gotten the credit back on my card, and had to return to the store to find out why credit was not processed. Needless to say I finally got my money, but I will never buy from Best Buy Again bad Customer service!!!!!!

Poor install team.

But i was wrong. 2 weeks after install the car wont start and have a key light on dashboard. I had to wait a week to take it back. Then he supposedly fix it but then it happened again. I had to take it to them again. This time i got them removed. Each time i had to leave my vehicle there for 3 plus hours. I do not recommend their install team
