If u can install it .....need it programmed

Brought my car into Bestbuy and once they programmed it everything worked. Bluetooth to phone was easy connect too once I figured it out (hold down the valet switch on device)

Trash remote control

The Bluetooth also only works within 10 feet from the car only, not within 150 as Viper describes. I was on the phone for four hours with Best Buy reps and had to take another day off work to see what was the issue. The tech at best buy informed me that I needed to buy a two-way remote Viper 2-Way Remote Control Model 7756V for the system to work well. I had to spend $195 extra. I would not recommend this headaches.

Terrible customer service

Viper CS in the other hand has been the worst i have ever experienced ....the site keeps locking on me ... i cant get a service plan for the smart start modules ... im extremely dissapointed not by best buy but viper ...will never buy this crap again

After numerous attempts they couldn't get the alarm to notice all doors when closed. Then they snatched the alarm out when I ask uninstall. Ending up messing up my dome lights. I will never go to Orange park Jax fl location ever again..they arent to bright

Poor starter

I can stand right by my car and it won’t even start it. It’s rated for half a mile but it won’t even start a half a foot away. For over $300 dollars I want it to work better then that.

BEstbuy WORST installation! Product OK! App BAD!

Unsatisfied Customer

Dau before we had installation appt we were called and told they were still looking for piece for installation and they would call us back. No call back. Went back to the store the next day and was informed the alarm would work on the truck. Gave us back a giftcard after I paid with a debit card. We shouldn't have had to wait almost a month to be told this. I'm not satisfied!

Disappointed

Stand in front of your car remote.

I literally have to be able to see my car in a 5 ft distance for it to start. Love the idea and wish it worked. Bluetooth mode is weak. Not buying extra parts and a monthly subscription to get to work as it was promised.

Terrible Service Tech

I had Viper remote installed at Jordan's Landing in July and still haven't been able to get the phone app to work. I was never given instructions or even a receipt. Very poor impression and a kid tech needs training on customer service.

False advertising

Bestbuy technician was excellent for installation. No problem at all. But the quality of this remote is very flimsy. It broke after a month. I contacted the support about the warranty many times already. NO REPLY AT ALL.
