Can even unlock your doors in the app. Having the app is a very neat feature. It’s nice to get in the car and not have to wait to be warm

I bought this remote starter to have installed on my granddaughter's Jeep Cherokee. She is a college student and has a pretty good hike from the classrooms to her car in the student parking lots. This starter starts her car from inside buildings a significant distance away and has her car warmed up and defrosted in the dead of Chicagoland winters by the time she gets to her car. The capabilities and functionality of this starter combined with the 2-way transmitter are truly remarkable.

I bought this viper remote starter about 2 years ago and no complaint whatsoever besides me misplacing the remote not on them so I have no complaints it stills work without the remote using my unlock and lock button.

I take good care of my car, and I love to give the engine some time to heat up before i drive, but the wait in the car is not ideal. I got this and was able to switch on the car while i make my cup of coffee in the morning! When im done with the coffee and out of the door l, im ready to hit the road, and my car engine is heated up and good to go also! That convenience is worth it! Saves you time and wont harm your engine to get in and go.

**A Disappointing Encounter with Remote Starter Purchase for My 2013 Scion tC** I recently embarked on what I thought would be a straightforward mission—purchasing a remote starter for my 2013 Scion tC. Little did I know, this experience would turn into a nightmare. From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was lackluster at best. I had to wait an excruciatingly long time just to get someone's attention. When I finally did, the sales representative seemed disinterested and unknowledgeable about the product I wanted. After finally settling on a remote starter, the installation process was even worse. The technician informed me that the Viper brand I initially chose didn't include the app it advertised on the box. Frustrated, I switched to the Compustar system, believing that the app would work seamlessly once installed. However, upon attempting to register the product, I was told I needed another device installed. This meant yet another trip back to the shop, along with additional fees that they aren't responsible for. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and quality for such a significant purchase. I would strongly advise others to do thorough research and consider alternative providers before committing to Best Buy.

Bought the Viper remote start for my son's Toyota Corolla 2010. It comes with a one way remote start. You can replace the remote with a 2-way remote or add another remote. The remote can go up to half mile. I will probably buy this again for our new Toyota 4Runner.

Bought this as a package deal from Best Buy Black Friday offer. Can’t use cell phone app and the remote start button both. Had to chose which one to use. Went with the included remote as it has better range than the cell phone app.

Bought two of these and had one installed in my car and gave the other one to my son for his car. We both love them. Installation was professionally done and they work great. Upgraded the remotes for more options.
