Works good, but compustar is better

I recommend the compustar. I went with this one due to my vehicle, viper was the only maker that had a harness for my car. But spend the extra money and get compustar

Not user-install-friendly

The instructions state to visit directedtech.com and download the updates. However, in order to do so you need to be an authorized Directed Dealer (i.e. Geek Squad, Car dealership, etc.) Make it more consumer-friendly. Sure a lot of us may not know how to install it, but some of us do.

Doesn't always fire up the engine but I blame walls and electronic interference for that. I might upgrade to a 2 way remote but that's a little while later.
