She walked me through 2 different remote start options. Finally chose the best for me, scheduled a date & installed. Technician was great, despite being late due to traffic. Walked me through everything & had me on my way! Best service received in a long time, especially during these times.

Vehicle started

It worked immediately after purchase, tried to get the phone app to work, then the original remote wouldn't work. I brought the vehicle back to Best Buy and the techs got it to work again. I sold the vehicle, so don't know how its held up.

A perfect addition to old Betty

The only issue is that if you want to start the vehicle with your phone app, you better make sure it's the phone that was there for installation, or you're not starting that vehicle with your phone. If there was a way you can manually do it yourself, that would be great.
