WORKS GREAT........NO MORE COLD CAR IN THE MORNING

So far have not had any issues with it and it works as expected.

Performance is great. Clear picture during the day but a little blur at night.

I love love love this. It starts my car from a long way. I can leave the heat on and air on and be cool by the time I get in.

It is nice to have for the summer. So hot, I can start it from along way away and can car is already cooling down by the time I get there

This remote starter works like champ! Really glad I added this to may 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Megacab.

Just had it installed. Got it for Xmas but there was a 2 month wait to install so hoping we don’t have a problem but good so far:)

This is our second vehicle with a VIPER remote start - outstanding product, as it works as advertised.

Very strange operation! Got it installed at Best Buy and this first week it hasn’t started in the mornings at all! However, every evening when I’m leaving work, the auto start remote works!! The DS4+ seems to not do mornings. I live an hour away from where I got it installed so I’ve called viper and geek squad to see if they can help me over the phone. So far nothing has worked. Next time I’m at that Best Buy I will have to get them to look at it and hopefully they can get it to actually work on the cold mornings.

Does exactly what it says and is just as convenient in summer To cool your car as in wintertime warm it up.

I am leaving a five star review based on the service I received from Chad in the installation department. Although the viper remote start did not work for my car, he was able to hook me up with a different remote start that worked for my vehicle and was even better than viper. Although I was initially frustrated at the process, Chad went out of his way and worked beyond his normal hours to make sure I was satisfied with his services. The new system he sold me is amazing and I will recommending to all my friends. I also plan on upgrading my module to one he suggested to give me more range and better starting options. Thank you for your service, Chad! I am very grateful for the help you provided me during this process.

It does what it should when it comes to turning on the vehicle, but it has issues. First, the range is not as stated. Second, it doesn't seem like you have the control over how long you want the car to be on (I might be wrong,but I wasn't asked before the installation). Finally, if I drive my car after during the period when it's on from the remote, I keep getting an annoying msg on the dash board the tells me the the cruise control system is off even though it's not.

I purchased it for my mom and she loves it. She is older and loves that she can start the car from her house!

This was a Christmas gift and this was a awesome gift. If you are looking for a remote starter this is definitely one to buy.
