Bluetooth App Feature a pleasant surprise!

My favorite feature is the ability to use my iPhone to lock/unlock my doors and remote start my truck. Please note that this FREE ability utilizes Bluetooth so you have to be “close” to your vehicle. With my personal tests I can start my truck from roughly 50 feet (unobstructed) using my iPhone. Don’t let the negative reviews of the included fob deter you. People claiming the button is “too hard to press” are either not pushing the correct area of the fob or have a physical limitation. I get 1/8 mile remote start distance consistently. Further than that is a crapshoot. Highly recommend waiting to purchase until BB offers free installation then use that money towards a higher end remote if you choose. *Installed in a 2004 Ford F-150 FX4.

Can't unlock truck with key fob

But i can't unlock it with the fob with it running I don't think its the viper remote starter but the installer did not installed it correctly

Does not go through all walls well. Have tried using the keyfob but haven't quite mastered it yet. A decent, basic starter

My daughter loves her Viper car starter

I found this great deal on Black Friday and saved $100. I called Best Buy and set up the appointment near Christmas. Perfect timing due to the cold weather that slammed the midwest just before Christmas.
