I purchased this one online with a store pick-up. The item I picked up...altho the same sku and model number, did not have the attachments in the box as advertised. I called the store, who directed me to contact the 888 Best Buy number....when I took the item back to the store to correct the situation, the customer service people took care of the problem quickly and politely. The vacuum cleaner itself...works like a charm. I came home and promptly used it....with all the attachments. The only negative with the product....the canister is smaller than my original Shark.

Large black
