Love having this mouse. Very useful and easy to connect

So far it is holding up. Sturdy mouse with good response.

One of the few trackballs available on the market and worth the price. I bought the cheaper model and returned it for this one. The positioning is adjustable and feels much more natural to your hand. It has just enough buttons strategically positioned so even with medium sized hands you aren’t struggling to reach any of them. I’ve had it for several months and it’s completely comfortable.

I'm a long time customer of Logitech products including their trackball mouse line. This unit worked great for about 13 - 14 months and then the left-mouse button started to glitch. I can't use it anymore

Not what I expected, roll ball is to small, sticky and not easy to roll. A bit too bulky. Too many unusable buttons

I've had this for about two years and use it at least weekly. I have the $20 version of this mouse at work, which I recommend over the MX Ergo Over an 8-9 hour period, the mouse appears to try to reconnect which results in the cursor not moving for several seconds - this can happen as frequently as every ten minutes or as infrequently as once an hour. The $20 version of this mouse has zero issues. Do yourself a favor and go with that option over the MX Ergo

This mouse is so much better than my previous Logitech trackball.

I enjoy using this mouse either at work or at home.

i have over the years i have bought many of this style of mouse from Logitech. i bought this one Novembear of 24 and it is now July of 25. that is how long it lasted. now all it wants to do is make the curse move to one side and just auto click the mouse button.

I have been using it for a while and my hand starting hurting. I bought it specifically for being Ergo. It is nice for not moving your had around too much but the trackball is too big for me and it hurts my hand.

This product seems to be the result of using the best of many years of variations on the ‘mouse’, and it is fantastic. The first thing you notice is that the mouse fits your hand so comfortably because of its shape. This comfort is enhanced by how it tilts and this tilt can be varied by adding an included ‘hinge’ component. My wife is having trouble with trigger finger and a sore wrist and I tried different tilt angles with her and she loved the comfort when I added the ‘hinge’ to achieve just the right angle for her to rest her hand on the device – great. You do have the normal left/right click pads and scroll up/down and the scroller also tilts to achieve left/right movement. The device pairs easily with Bluetooth or using an included dongle USB key. It will pair with two computers and there is a button on the top of the mouse to select which computer to connect with. You also have the forward/back buttons used for example to go back and forth between selected web pages etc. A feature that is really useful if you aren’t used to a trackball is the ‘Precision Mode’ button which varies the speed of the cursor right from the mouse – that is of super great value so you can fine tune the speed of the cursor while you work. It gives you a chance to get used to a trackball which many folks including me feel is much better than sliding a mouse around. This mouse is rechargeable via the included cable and one minute of charging will permit a day of use; and I verified that claim – wonderful. A full charge may last you 4 months according to the specs. You would need to download added software called Logitech Flow Control. I did look around the website and it is absolutely first rate. Items are easy to find and well explained. You might for example want to program the buttons to do play/pause or brightness up/down et al. Many folks will love all these optional settings. I loved the feel of this mouse and quite honestly my wife really really loved the ergonomics of this mouse and already it appears her sensitive hand is doing better after just a couple days off the old standard mouse and using this very well designed and super functional product. When it works it's fantastic. However, it will not work for long. Cheap switches ALWAYS wear out every 14 to 18 months. I've been through 5 or 6 of these - so I should know. Get the extended warranty. This has been going on since the models release, Check other online reviews. This has been a known issue for years and Logitech clearly likes it this way.
