Works Great for PC... Average for Xbox

For example, I have a brand new all red controller that I picked up at Best Buy and when I plug the mic in the sound quality is poor. I can barely hear my friends and the in game volume is low. If I use my old controller from when I got the Xbox one s (standard white) everything feels and sound right. At first I thought it was just a busted controller but I used a different headset and it sounded great, so it wasn’t the controller.
