The hyper x headphones are amazing the quality is great it would make a great gift

I always buy hyperx, and I’ve never had this problem before but this one is a complete dud. I can barely hear anything out of it and the microphone never works. It’s basically useless and doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to do. I don’t know that I’ve ever bought one exactly like this so maybe buy one of the other hyper X products. I bought several of those and never had a problem. Now for the second part of this review, Best Buy totally screwed me over on this because they only gave me 17 days to return this. We weren’t using it very much so we didn’t know until the 30th day that it didn’t work. It was intermittently working and it just takes a while to figure out that it’s just never gonna work right. We had to test it on several different controllers, for example. They did not give us time to do all that and now I have to see if I can get factory warranty on it because Best Buy didn’t even give me 30 days. They’ve always given me at least 30 days so I didn’t know that was gonna happen. I didn’t know. I only had a couple of weeks to test this out. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know when they change that or if it’s only directed towards certain products but be careful. They don’t want to take responsibility for anything. I shop here all the time and I’m very disappointed.

Easy headphones to set up, great sound quality for both online gaming and listening to music on the road.

Good headphones - Durable material, good sound, good but not excellent mic. Overall good headset one thing though is the earmuffs can be a little tight around the ears and may hurt some after wearing for long sessions. Thats really the only negative about these.

Headphones are really sharp and nice, but the mic is only ok..

There may be better headphones for gaming, but none are as good as this pair at this price point. Get them and enjoy.
