It took most of the day for it to get back to 100%. I thought having a backup battery would be a good idea. I then found out that Ring has a Solar Charger made for the Ring Doorbell 2 and for roughly the same price. I figured that I would order one and see how it works. Turns out that I really like the solar charger so I returned the new battery and got credit back.

Perfect to keep your Ring going
