The Ring Quick Release Battery Pack does not ship fully charged and needs to be charged before the first use. Connect the cable to any USB power source to begin charging. The battery can take up to 10 hours to fully charge.

You have a nasty shadow that drains your batteries for any of those devices? Another battery is necessary.
