    Cool idea, but doesn’t work. I tried several times with different hard drives to see if it would work and all lights are lite. But Windows doesn’t recognize the drives. I can plug them in regularly but they don’t work when using the docking station.

    Very few instructions come with this. Supposed to be simple but cannot get my computer to recognize it. I have Windows 10 and have not decided whether it is an OS problem, a hard drive problem, or a faulty hard drive reader. Still working on it but will likely return it.

    Don't buy this product. So many better things out there. I only bought it because i didn't have time to wait for a shipment. Probably would have been faster to wait for something else after the amount of hours i invested in this. This thing is so slow.

    This item was a waste purchase I actually took the item to the store and ask for help only to discover when I got home it can't fit. Now I have an item that I can't use and is unable to return. what a waste of money and most importantly my time.

    The hub did not work for me. It did detect the hard drives, but it wanted me to format/delete my files before letting me use it. Which didn't make any sense i had 2 drives that were fat32 and ntfs formatted. Oh well.

    I returned this when I could not get windows to recognize it when i installed the drives. Not worth the aggravation

    I stil l have not been able to get this device to work well in Windows 10. I have significant experience with computers and do many of my own repairs. I would not purchase this item again.

    When we first bought was excited because other brand had to be sent out paid in advance all kinds all crazy the Best Buy got there own but it heats up stops a lot of deferent problems

    Tryed cloning hard drives but always gave me error messages about the drives wasted 2 hours trying third party software nothing worked do not buy!
