It works very well. The only reason it is not a 5* to me is taking the brush out and putting the cover back on is not intuitive.

Does everything that i wanted on my floors for once a week cleaning.

So I was trying to save some money by purchasing the Bissell CrossWave, however it did not at all meet my expectations. I did have the Tineco S5 previously and I have to say the Bissell didn't even come close to the Tineco. The Bissell is loud, heavy, and the roller doesn't even seem to get wet enough to do any cleaning. I had to go over some spots 3 or 4 times, and others I just let the roller sit on top of it til it finally cleaned it. Also I have arthritis in both hands so its weight and awkward shape makes it very uncomfortable to maneuver. I'm sorry but this is going back.

Absolutely the best purchase i have made, this little machine cleans so well!

Worked well for over a month. The water tank stopped dispensing water as it should and my floors were covered in water. When it did work, it cleaned the floors are area rug really well. Good thing I purchased the protection plan.

One of the best home appliances you can get. Easy to use. It does a terrific job. Saves these old knees from scrubbing the floor. Truly a surprise how easy it has become to keep our high-traffic kitchen clean as a whistle.

Living with 3 German shepherds and hardwood floors, this gem has been a lifesaver. My wife tried many different machines/methods for cleaning the floors before falling in love with the CrossWave. Recommended.

So far so good. Had it 1 month and used it 2xs. It worked great. Only thing is i need to keep emptying the tray and refilling the tank cause my condo is all tile. Easy to clean. Ask me to review again in 1 year please!!

Was skeptical of a seperate cleaning vac, but fallen in love with this. Especially having a cat that tends to have a problem with throwing up one our white carpets. No real complaints about it.

I am in love with this. I have 2 littles and all tile floor that doesn’t stay clean. I used to sweep and mop almost every day and it was still dirty now I’m down to just using this every other day and the amount of dirt I get is horrible

I love this! Makes cleaning the floor so much easier and cuts the time in half. Definitely recommend. Worth the money especially if you have an inside dog. Picks up all the dog hair

Item was bought for my wife. She has used it every day and is extremely happy with the way it cleans the floors.

Excellent performance and flexibility in one package.

I purchased it to clean up pet messes and hair on tile and stone floors and that is what it did. It only took one step instead of Vacuuming and then mopping the floor.
