Great. Love It Much!
Great alternative to hand mopping, which is why we bought it. Note, that absolutely (& unequivocally) it does take multiple rounds of mopping before the floor actually comes out clean! Outlined the process below along w. PRO’s & CON’s, and lessons learned. PROs: super easy to glide, is not exhausting to mop [compared to normal mopping], feels like a quality motor & piece of machine, super easy to pull apart & put back together because pieces ONLY fit ONE possible way which is huge — even my daughter loves mopping now. CONs: small tank needs constant empty/refill with new water & solution, vacuum brush needs frequent rinsing/cleaning even between the many empty/refill cycles. Does not do well vacuuming. CLEANING PROCESS: to actually get [fully] clean floors: (1) split the house into rooms [no larger than 13x15 size] and tackled one room at a time. (2) for each room, we mopped three times total. (3) each time we mopped we went over the area twice: once vertically [fwd/backwards across room], second time horizontally [left/right]. We had to mop SLOW & rinse the brush head ~3-5x per room. Lastly, we had to dump old water & refill new solution at least 2x per room. By the end of round 3, floors felt noticeably clean and the ‘wipe’ test on white napkin was clean. This was our “first house clean” after unboxing. Our floors did NOT look or feel that dirty beforehand. We now [try to] mop every 6-9 weeks. LESSONS: — Learned the lower/rug setting [brush pressed firmer against floor] works SO much better at all times! Albeit, likely wears brush out faster. — Tried several cleaners: including Bissell Pet formula (just ok), Zep (best, but even diluted leaks suds out the side of vacuum a little), biokleen (not anymore), and botanical decon30 disinfectant (never again, sud city!). — Definitely recommend vacuuming first but would not recommend using this device as a vacuum at all. FINAL: Yes, I would absolutely recommend & buy again. We’ll see how long it lasts!

Great tool for clean floors
The Bissell Crosswave All-in-One Pro is a versatile wet/dry vacuum mop that allows you to both vacuum and mop at the same time. The machine is easy to use and has a powerful suction that can pick up both solid debris and liquid spills. The Bissell Crosswave All-in-One Pro is a great option for those who want to clean multiple surfaces like hardwood floors, tile, and vinyl. The machine has a detergent dispersal function and an internal water tank that makes it easy to clean. The Bissell Crosswave All-in-One Pro is also lightweight and easy to move around. Excellent purchase

My BFF
No love is as great as the first, as they say. I bought this last year but after taking it to a friends house and power washing and vacuuming their entire 2 bedroom apartment for 5 hours straight for 2 days in a row, i think i mightve found the breaking point of this product... Haha, so after it wouldnt turn on, i returned it. I ended up going through 3 other new vacuums and returned them all, only to repurchase this as the 5th one. As i mentioned in the previous review for the Bissell Proheat Duo Pet vacuum, this one here was the absolute perfect size for a 5'3 girl living in a small apt. Its great in smler spaces and even if the suction is not as powerful as the Proheat Duo vacuum, this one does a good enough job for the size and its ease of use cant be beat. Cleaning it is suuuuuuper easy, refilling the water is super easy, and all i gotta do is just press a maximum of 2 buttons. (Meanwhile the pro heat duo has me feeling like an airplane technician, after having to take out a bunch components to clean it which was NOT easy and having so many buttons!!!) Im a bit OCD with vacuuming my carpet all the time (every day) and im always very pleased with the carpet cleaning after i wash it. Overall its been the best model i have found for a Wet/Dry vacuum so i highly recommend if its for a 1 bedroom apt. My only gripes are that this is not easy to push!!! Also wish it could suction better when going BACKWARDS because it only suctions good moving forward but not if i pass over it backwards and if the suction would be stronger too. Otherwise, i love it!

Quick and Easy
Quick and Easy. Light weight so easy to maneuver. I like that I can just plug it in and quickly clean my kitchen floor after making dinner. No more crunch bread crumbs under my feet thanks to the ease of use. It picks up more dirt than I expected. Always surprised at all the dirt the Bissell picks up.

Performs 100% better than I expected.
I was stuck between getting the Shark cordless or this one, and ultimately I picked the Bissell because the battery life for the Shark was only 22 minutes, and this one plug in. As soon as it arrived I put it together and tried it out, and it is absolutely AMAZING. When our house was built the landscapers didn't do a very good job of seeding the property (this was a spec house, we didn't have any say) and we were left with large patches of red clay. We have two dogs that track mud in the house when it's raining and we have to constantly keep up with the floor, mopping constantly. Over the last year we got used to the red tint on the floor and just assumed it will never look new again. I was wrong - the Bissell CrossWave did what a mop could never do - it scrubbed all the mud out of the floor. I could not be happier and now my Shark 2-in-1 vacuum/mop can keep up with the floor now. You can see the difference in the floor - the red part that we thought was clean was mopped two days prior to this picture being taken.
