    I have been doing photography for quite some time, I always shot on a canon. But the auto focus on this Sony is very quick. I did the Christmas photos this year with the Sony camera. And it was very fast pace back-and-forth, and nine times out of 10 it was in focus, extremely happy with my purchase. I have to add it is a little bit difficult to get to know the insides of the camera as far as menus and such. But well with it.

    Used DSLRs for many years and switched to the SONY system after much research. I have used this camera for landscape and street photography and must say the images are incredible. There is a learning curve which can be quickly mastered, many options to customize settings which really makes it easy when setting up shots. I would recommend the SONY system as an easy transition into the Mirrorless platform.

    great camera not too heavy but solid almost went with the Canon 90D which is very bulky and very heavy and is discontinued I'm glad i didn't ....very easy to use ..i love it

    I’m very new to photography and this was my first camera. I did some research on all types of cameras and I ended up going with the A7III. So far it’s been amazing! I use it mainly for travel, portraits and street photography and it exceeded my expectations! I would also say it’s a great beginner camera! Very pleased with my purchase.

    This camera is phenomenal for the money. It’s able to easily compete with Sony’s more expensive full-frame cameras. The dynamic range is incredible it blows you away at how much detail you can bring back in the shadows and highlights when shooting raw uncompressed. Autofocus is fast and good. Battery life is WAY better then their previous Sony models. This camera is great for photography and videography.

    Wife loves this thing. Has some learning curve to battle through coming from a Nikon but the footage and pics are very high quality and basically 4k/HD movie quality scene on tv
