It turns out the cord can't make your hardware and internet connections speeds better. But, if those things were good already ... I am sure this cord would be able to facilitate the faster access. That being said, you can probably find cheaper alternatives if you find yourself in a similar boat to me.

Great Internet cables

The friendly sit associate at Best Buy inform me that changing from a cat five to a cat six cable would increase my Internet speeds when hardwired to my modem. After installing the cables I immediately knew that he was right, my My speed almost doubled upload and download very happy with the product would definitely recommend it to everybody

The cable is of very good quality and displays very good pictures fast enough to view video content with very good color and speed. I really can't think of anything negative for this product.
