TWC recommended some guy that was going to charge quite a bit just to run a cable. So Best Buy helped my figure out what I needed to buy to do the connections I needed and got it all done under half hour and work great.

Works 10 to 100 times better than the wifi did. A bit expensive, probably could have gotten away with a cat5e cable sonce I only have a 2.5Gb port on my computer and internet speeds that top out around 350Mb/s down and 20-50 Mb/s up.

After ordering this and two other cat cables I had found out that there were cat 8 cables available which gave me better speeds.

We only needed a 10 foot cord but my lovely children thought this was a 100 inches, so it is a bit long but I made them cover the extra money for getting the wrong cord.

Sometimes new doesn't always equal or necessarily mean better.

Works very well. It was a bit longer than I need probably but having it too long is better than not long enough.
