    This is what it says. It is indeed an Ethernet cable and works exactly like one. Not sure what else I’d say about a cat cable.

    Use this for direct wire for laptops if wireless gets dropped. Heavy duty cat 6 cord and long length so can travel with you to different rooms when needed.

    Comcast guy took the easy route ehen hooking us up, or the standard route. Had to re run the wiring to close the panel. Needed this cable at this length. Great buy.
