Wireless signal was not really strong enough in room upstairs where I needed to set up a home office and Verizon could not send a technician to add a new coaxial outlet and ethernet port there given the current virus pandemic. Using a long ethernet cable from the downstairs router made all the difference. The signal is very strong now.
