    I have fiber. With Cat 5e I got only 500-600 Mb/s. When I plugged this one in, i got 982 Mb/s so far.

    I bought this ethernet cable because I purchased a new flat screen which was mounted above my fireplace. Because I changed the location of the cable box after the electrician finished pulling wires through the wall, I found that my ethernet connection was a lttle tight. I purchased a coupler and the cable together. No loss of signal.

    Crazy how much better cat 6 is versus cat5e. It was like taking the red pill instead of the blue.
