Sold but overpriced

I was told it was hanging open. It wasn't, it was behind a locked glass panel. I had to walk some more to get a salesman to open the panel then hand me the pen. Hmmm, where's the service? I could have bought this online easier in some ways. I like Best Buy, but it is the only choice for this area and you are lucky you have no competitors.
