This pen is amazing ! It’s new design is more sleek than the first generation

If you get one of these be sure to buy extra tips because the pencil doesn’t work without the tip. You will have to get them directly from apple because best buy would rather you buy a second pencil instead of replacement tips. If you are desperate like I was due to a presentation that day, you will end up buying a second pencil for over $100. Really big waste of money for me but BestBuy benefits by not selling the tips.

brought my ipad into the store itself and your employee suggested the wrong apple pen. Now you are going to charge me for an open box fee and restock cost whatever it is. This is why I brought the ipad into the store. I didnt trust myself to get it right but I had full confidence your company would. This was a complete let down

Bought this pencil for my daughter and she had it less than 3 weeks it stopped working. It is being replaced by apple since it didn’t work for them either when we went to the Apple Store.

As you can see on my purchases, I purchased a 10 inch iPad. I later on bought an Apple 2 gen. Come to find out it doesn’t work for my iPad. I tried returning 3 times and they didn’t have any in stock. Therefore I bought a pencil that doesn’t work.

Did no t like it. It was hard the hold on to - to thin.

Definitely didn’t think buying a new model iPad in 2024 wouldn’t support this Apple Pencil. This should’ve been made clear for people that’s buying as a gift. Now I can’t return it

If you have to use it for a full days work, the pen will need to be recharged after about 3-4 hours of work, A real pain.

The tip of the pen wears down quickly, pen works still though

Tips to soft Wear out quickly, magnet is not that strong to hold it to the tablet always falling off. Would not recommend to a friend.

Shipt, Best Buy’s delivery service, is inferior. They were unable to locate a UPS store location in Nashville, where I have had hundreds of other package delivered by BB’s competitors. I will no longer use BB’s delivery service. What a shame.

Bought it for Xmas and been having issues connecting to my daughters iPad . Very frustrating

Bought the pencil, and the USB-C. The 2nd Gen didn't work, had to return it. Right out of the box, not working is pretty disappointing.

I like this. I got it as a gift for my daughter and now she uses it for learning digital art

This is the best pencil for tablets and he got the best sensitive bit

I can't really say anything about the product. I purchased it for my granddaughter for her birthday. She hasn't said anything so i'm guessing it's fine.

From the moment I purchased this I knew something was wrong. It just didn’t feel responsive like another pencil I had. I came to realize that the tip on the pencil was worn down, but did not realize it until I was out of my 30 day return window. I had not used it much so it seems that I had purchased a faulty one. Usually very happy with my purchases at this store, but not thi s time.

Great addition for Any of the new iPad pros or the 3 rd gen iPad Pro
