I’m sure it is nice if it were compatible to the iPad I want to use it with.

waited to get the 2nd gen when it finally came I took it home to see it didn't work. took it back and the geek squad girl had no idea what to do with it either then sent me for a replacement. after the guy tried reaching them several times with no answer, he went back to get one. after like 15 minutes he returns and they have none in stock. so I just said forget it I wont even try again. 1st apple product that appears to be worse than their cables

Totally useless! Don't bother another Apple money grab. They already have trillions in the bank and they keep coming up with trash products they sell at 400% markup because its made by Apple

Having a hard time getting this to work! I kept it charged, but no matter what I did, it will not work. I am very disappointed, and I need to drive 2 hours away to get it figured out. I wish I hadn't bought it.

The package just came, no plastic on it, if I wanted a refurbished one I would have bought one. This the second time Best Buy did this with a product . Buy your products from the company directly.

This pen was exactly what I was looking for. It charges with no problem on the side of my ipad pro and works as described.

It no longer connects to my iPad within a year of use. I only used it to draw and for note-taking. It is not a charging problem either. Bluetooth just does not recognize it.

Received this open box , me trying to be cheap. SMH I didn’t work. It never paired wouldn’t even show that it was charging or connected just acknowledging that it’s present. I returned asap. Got a new one paired in two seconds. I love it!

Only reason for the poor rating is because I got the wrong one for my iPad. Be sure you check the one you buy and make sure it works with your device.

The pencil lasted less than 3 months. Now I have to mash the pencil so hard the that I’m afraid it will damage the screen

I’m so disappointed at geek squad I went into the store and bought an iPad and hey Apple Pencil any let me buy a pencil that does not work with that type of iPad never once said anything or nothing just let me buy it and walk out the door it was a waste of time unfortunately I was really looking forward to using that pencil I ended up returning it

Terrible purchase! The tip was so used that it was slanted. Hardly worked after screwing on a new tip. This must have been given to a toddler and mistreated, dropped on cement a dozen times a day. OR...Apple made a crappy product.

Have barley had this for 6 months and it's not working now. This is very expensive to just seem like a disposable pencil. I'm not certain how to even get it exchanged. If I do get an exchange will it die in 6 months as well?
