Can't Imagine Not Having It

This makes interacting and working on the iPad a breeze. The magnetic charging feature is a huge plus.

It recognized all this and my writing sucks. Charge lasts forever. If you take a lot of notes you need this pencil

Gen 2 Pencil A Joy To Use

It’s always charged and ready to go. No more having to plug it into the side to get it ready for use. It’s much more sensitive at a joy to use.

It feels more like a normal pencil, and as a newcomer to digital drawing I appreciate how that feels. I did end up getting a matte protector (no need for something specifically marketed as "paper-like") and it feels so natural to draw. I'm not sure how much of the experience is the digitizer vs the stylus, but it's very precise. The magnetic charging is just very convenient.
