This nice little vacuum packs a punch! It is the most powerful handheld cordless vacuum I have used. The slender design makes it fit into small spaces while in use or when charging. I really like the fact that the accessories fit nicely on the charging cradle and do not take up any extra space. Emptying the contents is clean and effortless. Just hold over a garbage can, press the release, and the bin pops open to dump the contents. They even put a small brush on the edge to automatically wipe the filter / guard off as the door opens. I did not have to shake it or get my hands dirty like I seem to be forced to do with any other handheld cordless vac. Another feature I love is that the exhaust blows in a way that does not seem to stir up the dirt I am trying to clean. The accessories work well and the vacuum fits nicely in the charger. I was a little concerned that the collection bin or cup was really small. But it worked fine with no loss of suction even as it was filling up. I did not have to empty it until I was done. The last thing I would like to point out is that this would probably work well for someone who has arthritis. The buttons are large and easy to press. The power button is extremely light and does not have to be held. Overall, I am really happy.

After 8 months it is no longer charging. Works only for 20 seconds and shuts off.

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t pick bigger particles, only fine matter. Too expensive for the performance.

The dock snaps together and seems pretty much impossible to separate. So you can't fit it back in the box to return it. Highly misleading since the product is advertised as allowing returns. Completely unethical in my opinion to make the product basically impossible to return and to advertise it as returnable.

Not really worth it, it got broken already twice, at least I bought ir wirh the 3 years protection if not I would lose my money long time ago

This is a fine example of style over substance - looks cool but does not last well - mine stopped working in less than 6 months.. the hand vaccum that i have from B&D has almost served us over 3years now, and cost less than 50% of this one's price..

I have to return it. Not that strong of a vacuum as I expected.

Just a month over 1 year old and it already stopped working. Goes on for 4 seconds and then off.

Broke down after 2 months of use. Had to pay for shipping to replace the battery.

This was good....for the first few months and then it just stopped working out of nowhere.

For the price of this cordless vacuum, I expected more. Suction is fair nothing spectacular. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Very unreliable. I bought one of these October 2021. It failed. BestBuy replaced it in July 2022 because it just stopped working. After a few weeks, the same thing happened. Aside from that the capacity of the vacuum container is too small.

Not as strong as I thought it would be . And has to be cleaned out within mins of of useing it. Big hassle and inconvenience.

This vacuum is not that powerful. I think it’s good to use for a car or something that is not big.

Do not buy. The suction on it is not good at all. Bought it to get little things out the car and its horrible!

Too expensive for quality. Much cheaper products on the market that do a better job. Item was returned.
