I had to buy a small piece of foam 1/4inch thick to level out my wrist. Otherwise it works great after wrist surgery! No more pain.

I got this thinking it might be hard to get used to, but it's amazing. Easier than you'd think to use and very comfortable.

I configured the additional buttons to do it, but it would be better to have it around the scrolling wheel.

Good mouse for ulnar nerve pain
