Excellent Ergo Alternative to regular mouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was having wrist issues with a regular mouse and trackpads so did some research and found this device. It is great at providing relief from the typical stress points in the wrist that are affected by repetitive stress injuries. Highly recommended.

Great mouse for people with huge hands
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't have huge hands. I have small hands. Reviews seemed to say that people with small hands found this comfortable and usable. So I decided to try it. At first, I thought I liked it. But I started to notice that it wasn't always responding to my left clicks. I finally realized that was because my hand was slipping back and my finger wasn't clicking on the optimal area. Then I noticed the side buttons...which I hadn't noticed before because I couldn't reach them. Also, my arm was getting tired because I had to hold it raised to keep my hand up on the mouse. To use this properly, I'd need some kind of wrist rest to drag around with the mouse. So I've given up and am trying a tiny mouse now. I feel like Goldilocks. Anyway, if I'd kept the packaging, I'd return this one. I would recommend this mouse to a friend--but only a friend with large hands.

Posted .Hi. Sorry to see you weren't satisfied with the design of the MX Vertical mouse. It takes some getting used too when switching to this mouse. It was also designed to help prevent things like tension that lead to diagnoses like carpal tunnel syndrome. If you have any questions, please check out the Logitech support page at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023459893. I hope that helps!

Skip if you have RSI
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the tilt, hate the buttons and the scroll. They're making my RSI go up through the roof. Super hard to click or scroll.

Clicking makes the mouse move
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You'd think that this vertical structure would make for a better hand position but it doesn't. About the same as their regular ergonomic mouse. The two worst thing are the button positions and the fact that each time you click you move the mouse. Not worth it.

Tough on fine movements
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very mixed feeling about the design. For desktop use it is fine after a period of adjustment. It gets dirty very quickly due to sweaty hand. It's very hard to control fine movement with a full hand. That's the major design shortcoming of the otherwise innovative approach to wrist ergonomics.

Not for People with Carpal Tunnel
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was hard to hold and move especially with carpal tunnel syndrome. I originally purchased it due to CTS because I thought it would be more ergonomic for my CTS but found it otherwise harder to control and made my CTS worse.

Doesn't hurt to try. YMMV
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some love these, but I'm not so sure... yet. I wound up getting a much less expensive corded one from another retailer to have in my mouse box when I feel frisky and want to try this design out more. Maybe in the future these types will grow on me. YMMV

Faulty device, manufacturer known defect, waste
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Defective "Left Button Switch" stopped functioning after 14 months (well-documented issue) right after warrantee expiration. Average use, 3-4 days per week. BBY, please urge Logi to address this defect. See YouTubes on soldering the faulty switch. Is that an appropriate remedy for consumers <2 years after purchasing a high-end sku?

Windows 10 Bluetooth broken. Flow software broken.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.* Cannot use at all with an updated Win10 machine because will not appear over bluetooth in Settings > Add Bluetooth Device. * On macos, the FLOW software does not work; the cursor will move to the second desktop and get stuck there without ability to go back to the first screen. * First mouse in forty years that makes my palm sweat. * Overpriced.
