Worth the price. Changed my hair style. Best gift ever. The style stays. No reason to redo it if you don’t wash your hair. It looks just as good. It’s expensive but you won’t need any other styling machine. And it’s healthy because there’s so little heat on your hair.

Worth every penny!

It reduces frizz significantly and I like the ability to quickly dry my hair to a point where it is damp then dry to completion with one of the hair styling tools. So much hair volume! It might take a few days to get used to the various tools but once you do, you’ll be an expert styling your hair to how you want it to look.

Dangerous Product and Terrible Customer Service

After roughly three months, she got a small electric shock from the device, and it stopped working afterward. I contacted Dyson, and they asked me to send it in for diagnosis. It’s been six months now. I call once every month, and they keep saying they’ll get back to me within 24–48 hours. Do not buy from them under any circumstances. If you value your safety and your money, stay away from this brand.

It's so practical and it saves my hair from looking frizzy and uncontrollable whenever I'm rushing out the door. I love it!!!! The straighter attachments do get pretty hot after use so becareful! I got it on sale so it made it so much better to just be crazy about it. Full price is pretty expensive!
