Bought but just started using last month and the brush is faulty and wont stay clicked onto the machine. Call dyson for for customer support and they said I would have to send back mine which could take over a week and they would have to inspect it and then resend a new one which they couldn’t give a timeframe for so I would be out of a hairdryer for at least a month even though they saw on video that it was faulty. I don’t know what else they need to check and why I should be left without a hairdryer for up to a month possibly more – should back up their products. I’m so disappointed. They said a replacement brush is not possible at the time because they are out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. I wish I had started using it when I first got it so I could’ve returned it to Best Buy but since I passed a 30 day window, that’s not possible. you would think after paying so much money for our product they would help a little bit more. Shame on DYSON!!!

I wanted to like the Airwrap more than I actually did. The larger barrel doesn’t work very well to hold the curl in. I bought an .8 inch barrel and that works much better.

Got this for my girlfriend who hates drying her hair cause she says it takes forever. Now she does it all the time cause it dries her hair so fast. Go figure. Go for it my dudes.

It’s worth every penny! There is a learning curve but once you learn how to use it, it’s addicting to use it! It saves a lot of drying time plus it won’t hurt your crowning glory!

I purchased mine on sale during Black Friday! It was a bargain! The hair dryer attachment is not as strong as the actual dyson hair dryer, however I do love all the attachments this set comes with. I love the round brush and the curling wands. It takes some trial and error when first using it but it works so well once I figured it out. I would definitely recommend this to all ladies who love professional style without going to the salon. Also, with styling product my hair is so incredibly soft after using the dyson tools. It is better than my expensive straightening iron which always fries my hair and the non-dyson tool creates split ends.

Best Buy is a great place to shop and the prices are good. There is quite a big learning curve with this item, so still not sure about it. Thus the rating (for now). Thanks!!

Best product ever. This will save you so much time in the morning and is very simple to use. It may be a bit pricey but it's worth every penny in the long run.

This was worth every cent. I am not good at curling my long hair and this just made it super simple. Every attachment works great and my hair turns out looking I went to a salon.

This product, albeit on the expensive side, looks great & is worth every penny...It works great & love that it has a travel case as well....

I have curly hair and I didn’t like the dyson. I don’t know if I’m doing wrong but whenever I style my hair it doesn’t even last for 12 hours

This product is truly amazing. It cuts in half the time that I need to do my hair and it does a much better job than what I used before. Definitely one of the best purchases that I have ever made.

I was a little skeptical about buying this since I always stuck with my Drybar dryer. But, I decided to get it on black Friday and realized how much I loved this instead of my dryer. Great purchase.

This is the best dryer I've ever had. I have frizzy hair, but not with the Dyson. It dries it quicker than any other one out there. Leaves my hair smooth and shiney. Worth every penny!

Handles my daughters curly hair with ease. Her straightened hair has more body and doesn’t come away with the burnt odor a curling iron can create.

First off let me say I do really like it. I have very thick, long hair and getting the back is always difficult. I love the brush attachments and my hair is now so straight and totally dry with no knots! I also love the curling attachments but they do take some getting used to.

My 11 & 15yr old daughters & wife love using the Airwrap, since opening gift, these ladies had not yet stop using it, definitely Worthy hair product your women in your life will use, no regrets

I loved it until i just broke one me when i was using it. Got half way done my hair and poof it stopped working. Super upset i haven't even had it for a year. It’s way to expensive to crap out on me

A most amazing hair styling tool. Pricey but worth every penny. Lots of on line videos to help learn how to use it. Easy to use, amazing results. Love it! Highly recommend.
