She had been wanting one and had done research and she was not disappointed upon using it. It was a big hit. Packaged nicely and comes in a very nice looking case.

You still need your flat iron. It takes some time to figure out how to use it but I have never been a stying pro. It heats up quickly and burns you if you are not careful. It doesn't provide you a huge plus if you just need a curler.

You just have to pay little extra to own one. You won't regret it because it is that good. Great customer service, give them a call and they will assist you as best as they can.

The heat settings are hot enough to set hair without feeling like burning my fine hair. The easy access to cold shot turns help give me salon blow dry right at home. The style is great compact enough for travel too.

I’ve already sent it out for a warranty replacement and I bought this in February. I am not someone who styles my hair on the daily so this Airwrap was used gently. Such a shame but I have already decided that if the new one stops working I will return for good. I have no use for a $650 paper weight.

So after watching so many videos on this I fell I love. How easy it was to used n get great hairstyles. I got it for both my daughter and I. We both had long hair past our waist and it only tangled it up. Guessing it’s not for long hair

It dries my hair so fast and curls it so pretty. It’s a learning process but once you get there it’s so pretty.

I really like that I can dry my hair as I comb it without damaging it with so much heat. I just wish I had longer hair to be able to use the curling barrels... it will happen someday. Really wish it wasn't so expensive.

Expensive but definitely a an item that I enjoy using and have a purpose for in my life. There is a small learning curve but if I can use it anyone can. There are a lot of YouTube videos that assist with tips too.

Begin to cut on and off while using after a few months of use. Fast forward a year and completely not working. I saw the horror stories before about this product and its my reality. I expected this and purchased the two year warranty. Hoping to get a new one asap and replace in a year :(

In the end, she decided to return it because she was disappointed that it didn't work as well as she expected (based on youtube demos). She had a lot of fun doing her hair with it and loved the concept but at the end of the day it just didn't get hot enough to style her hair for the whole day. She said it could be her hair type (naturally a little curly), but her hair looked perfect in the morning and by early afternoon it would morph into a birds nest. The product itself is really well made, the case and the parts look and feel like a $600 hair tool, but at the end of the day she said her $30 electric hair brush worked just as well for her hair type.

I use it nearly daily and it works so well it's fun to play. My hair is shiny and less damaged due to the heat.
