Decided to purchase the Dyson Airwrap for her Birthday. She LOVES it. It's not harsh on her hair versus the regular curly iron ones as she stated. Overall great product all in one!

UPS ran an investigation and determined that in fact it wasn't delivered to my address and referred the claim back to the sender (bestbuy). It has been almost a month and I have not gotten a replacement or refund. Every time I call into customer service, they give me the run around. UNACCEPTABLE! terrible experience.

Good Multiuse tool

This doesnt even seem like the limited edition product. Seemed like a dupe to me when compared to what i saw at store. Best buy online CS agent was not able to do anything and mentioned on going to a store which is 135 miles away to talk to the manager.

It cuts drying time by 90% for me and the tools are so easy to use. I am in love with this. Well worth the money. Every updo I had was $80-120 very time. This has paid for itself.

It does have a learning curve, however you quickly get the hang of it and it saves you so much time. I am excited that my hair is getting less fried compared to traditional heat tools. Definitely a must have!

My hair is very fine an thin an it a chin length bob. Did not want a o spend another $50 dollars on smaller barrels. I returned an got dryer.

Dyson air wrap fail

This is my last shot to see if it’ll hold up. First one last 6 months,2nd one -3 1/2 weeks. Stay tuned for the 3 rd one……..

Great styler for premium cost
