Would not heat at all when trying to use temperature switches. Luckily my sister has one so we were able to compare the experience to confirm. Contacted Dyson support, after going back and forth for a bit my options were either to have the product repaired, send in for an exchange without a replacement ETA, or return product to retail store. Ended up returning to Best Buy.

I am not that impressed with the hair dryer attachment. I don't think this can compare to just the hairdryer. The smoothing brushes work well. I am not sorry I purchased, but wish the hair dryer was better.

Filter was clean and wouldn’t reset. Returned and got a replacement. Replacement worked for a week and now has the exact same issue. Will be returning today for a full refund.

Her hair that is! Lol takes a bit to learn how to use it but doesn’t damage your hair. She is a believer in the Dyson products.

It works well in getting curls easily, but to utilize all the different mods fully takes some practice. Probably need some lesson from someone who has experience. It's not that easy to just watch a video tutorial and replicate style.

Heavy and thick for using all the time. Cord is annoying. Will keep it just for the time saving and hate dealing with returns. Air wrap is weird and cant get it to work.

Is it necessary or better than lets say another spinbrush ? I am not sure , but its fun to use...I enjoy it.
