    When we first got it, it worked great. Now, it will randomly talk, record on my app random conversations, and we have to ask it multiple times to do something before it will respond.

    I like the product but it was a little difficult to get Alexa to understand what I was saying. She wouldn't bring up the correct contacts at first. She does adapt to your speech so this is getting much better.

    the only thing I can say that's not positive is that you have to set it to no voice order if you have children and watch because they can sine you up for a music subscription
