Bought one for my mother's hospital room ... not too hard for her to learn to use to ask for radio and music programming. Works fine as a stand-alone device in a hospital with WiFi.

So far so good. We use it in the family room and we often fight over who gets to ask Alexa something. With the growing list of services (apps) there is something new to discover every week.

I mostly use this speaker for my dorm room to drown out the noise of my suite mates doing whatever and it’s a great speaker. One is loud enough and does the trick. The sound quality is great too.

My echo dot has been fun to play with, I haven't quite figured out how to make it work with my television though.

This is a great device for not only music but a good place to gain knowledge on about any subject.

I just love my Echo Dot! I have purchased many of this little gadgets and have placed them around my house. It fills my home with music, news and even with jokes.

To check weather, set timers or basic tasks its great. It takes a lot to integrate with all aspects of your daily routine.

Devices work great, but it listens and speaks out of the blue which can be a little scary lol

Echo is easy to setup. I love to ask her to play music for me. Very reliable as an alarm clock, reminds me of things when I ask. I am excited to find out how much more functional this device is.

Alexa is a good product but sometimes comes on all by herself. Can give you a little scare if your not ready

Alexa is very useful. I bought it on sale and almost all the rooms in my house have it now. I can control most of my appliances and electricals via voice now.

Brought Alexa home plugged her into audio outlet in receiver and into electrical outlet. Downloaded the app and asked Alexa to play Tony Bennett. Worked the very first time... I live it!

It works well without interruption of any kind,reliable and it is good with music. So far I am very happy with this product. I will recommend it to anyone.

Great for music, questions you may be puzzled about, allows you to call dot to dot or phone calls to family and friends! Helpful with being a timer for cooking and a great alarm clock!

No real knocks other than some of the ‘skills’ available are not up to par. Some of my smart devices (toshiba and Samsung TVs are either not supported or rely on third party developers for integration. But great to help remember shopping lists, listen to music and remind of important dates, times, or events.

Received 2 of these free for purchasing the TP-link security camera's . Must talk slow so it picks up what your saying.

We got this for my 9 year old daughter. It has been great because it’s easy to use and she has the ability to listen to her music, books and audiobooks easily while she’s in her room.
