    Gave it to my nearly blind non internet 80 year old sister so she could make hands free internet calls. It works so so for that with quite a bit of cutting in and out and garbled speech. Don't know if the 3rd generation works as good as previous iterations of the Alexa machines. However she's happy now because she can tell Alexa to call people in her contact list that otherwise she would never be able to see to make the call. She complains that it takes Alexa 10 or more tries to recognize my name. Other's there's little problem, but I'm hard to reach. Alexa needs to remedial programming? Of the 2 items ordered, one box was visibly crushed upon receipt. I guess it works, though I wasn't there to set it up and I don't know which one was used.
