This Echo works great, as the last generation one did, summoning Alexa to answer instantly, and carry out tasks, etc. But where the improvement over the last generation Echo is that this little thing can really pump out some clean sound. This model is great for a kid room, bathroom, or kitchen so you can listen to music while your there, get a recipe, etc.

We have 3 Alexa's in our home. One in the bedroom, one in the living room and we got this one for our backyard. It's linked up to our Ring and so no matter where we are in the house, Alexa is there to alert us of any one at the door. I really enjoy having these devices throughout the house. It makes life a little easier.

Bought this as a gift for my father, and I can’t say enough about how much he enjoys it. From reminding him to take his meds to playing name that song to setting alarms for cooking it’s just a fantastic gift for someone of his age and all ages.

I am a fan. We already had an Echo Dot, now we have two. You can sync up the two speakers and have music playing throughout the house. I am really enjoying this smart speaker. I am able to control all our smart plugs and devices, this with very little setup.

I received two Echo Dot (#rd Gen) Smart Speakers along with my purchase of two different smart home items (Ring home security system and then a Ring Video Doorbell...I have a fairly large home with many different rooms, so I'm really happy with the ability to extend my communication with Alexa...love the simple clean design and works great!

This is a great little device. It was super easy to set up, although the app could be better designed to prompt for WiFi. Initially, I could not find where to set up WiFi. Once I found it, everything worked great. So far, the only device connected to Alexa is a smart plug but I intend to connect more.

I wanted to replace the gen 1 dot I had in my living room and I was pleased with the time I had using it, but I knew there were new features and designs of the new generation that would make my home life a little bit easier. Never anything to complain about with this product and I would continue to purchase future models when it's time.

Easy set up, great sound for such a small speaker.

This Echo Dot is so handy in so many ways for everyone for so many reasons. Convenient for communication, requesting music for what ever comes to mind but we're still getting to working lights and etc with it. Very nice addition to the house! I does take some set up on your phone though. Simple enough really.

I think this is one of the sweetest investment I did recently. This product listen to your orders and make you feel bossy. Unlimited audio options. Just call Alexa and she will take care of the rest. Perfect gift item too. Audio quality is so good. Easy setup. Just install Alexa app and search for echo dot. Easy!

This echo is great! It’s small but loud and I use it all the time! I have one in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and I will be placing the other in my bathroom. Great smart system: alarm, setting reminders, timers, asking for the weather, eta, and so to amazon or Apple Music. You can even play games with her. Best investment.
