I wanted to replace the gen 1 dot I had in my living room and I was pleased with the time I had using it, but I knew there were new features and designs of the new generation that would make my home life a little bit easier. Never anything to complain about with this product and I would continue to purchase future models when it's time.

I think this is one of the sweetest investment I did recently. This product listen to your orders and make you feel bossy. Unlimited audio options. Just call Alexa and she will take care of the rest. Perfect gift item too. Audio quality is so good. Easy setup. Just install Alexa app and search for echo dot. Easy!

This echo is great! It’s small but loud and I use it all the time! I have one in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and I will be placing the other in my bathroom. Great smart system: alarm, setting reminders, timers, asking for the weather, eta, and so to amazon or Apple Music. You can even play games with her. Best investment.

I bought 2 of the Echo dot 2nd gen after my daughter had shown me how functional they are, my wife enjoys them and we're constantly using the timer and alarm functions, along with the ability to get weather & news updates via Alexa. I've got 2 more on order & waiting for delivery as we like the intercom function & at the price ($25) you can't beat it.

We got this with a TV that we had purchased. It is great. We have it in the kitchen and love using it to listen to music while cleaning, using the timers, and playing games. We have other dots in our kids room for bedtime music and our room. We love them and definitely recommend.

Worked amazing, i even accidentally set in on fire and it STILL worked, only stopped working when my dog knocked a cup of water on it. Still amazingly sound quality.

This is great for the house having more than one connected to each other that we can tell the kids in the other rooms to come to dinner or do chores without yelling loud enough for the neighbors to hear us. Easy to use for the kids as well for just asking intriguing questions. I recommend it even if it's just so you can listen to music.

I never would have thought this small Echo could produce such amazing sound! Very convenient for small spaces and the sound clarity is awesome! Alexa understands my voice easily and I really wish I'd have bought 2 or 3 of these! Definitely recommend this echo!

I was not sure how I felt about the dot. I now love it!!! I could be using it for more but mainly I have music playing where I can just tell it what to play if I’m in the shower or doing dishes. I also now love the fact that I know when it lights up green it’s all your amazon notifications. I highly recommend it!

A fun addition to our house as it came with a TV purchase. The 3 YO loves that she can operate it, and I enjoy being able to use it for a variety of things while I'm cooking as we keep it in the kitchen. Nice addition to the home.
