Fails regularly

I upgraded to the 'new and improved' 3rd Generation Dots mainly due to the alleged improved speaker. When they work, they're great but I constantly have a wide variety of issues with this version and wish that I hadn't given away my 2nd Generations.

Best feature is the "list" function. I don't have to stop what I am doing to write down what we need from the grocery store. I can tell Alexa and it goes right to my phone.
