Unfortunately, the only way for Alexa to be able to answer your questions or help control other smart devices in your home is to be connected to Wi-fI. Without Wi-Fi, Alexa cannot give you the most accurate answers or information you wish to find. If you want to talk to customer service, they can be reached at 1-888-280-4331!
