Better sound than 2nd gen echo dot

It also ditched the usb plug for a 15w proprietary plug, which is a bit disappointing. However the trade off is much better sound and even a hint of bass. The mics seem to pickup even when it’s playing music, which is a relief, not having to shout at the echo when it’s playing something.

I was skeptical at first, but after putting the parental settings on, Alexa is a genius. What doesn’t she know? My son loves the question of the day!

I can also link it with my Sirius XM account. Got one for my son so he can automatically turn off all his video consoles. Love it.

I like the color variations and the charcoal grey color easily blends in with other electronic equipment.
